Client Representative
Some of our clients have their own project engineering teams but need extra help when the project is much bigger or complex than usual. Sometimes they want an injection of 'been-there-done-it' experience. In these cases, Coriolis will act as client representative; leading and coaching the team to ensure that the project delivers maximum value, on time and within budget.

Project Audits
Some clients ask us to carry out an independent audit of their own projects to ensure that they are using best practise techniques to deliver the desired outcome. We also check for legislative compliance, particularly with respect to health and safety.

Trouble Shooting
Sometimes our client has an urgent problem with a project or production line that needs fixing - fast. With our in-house team and a network of technical experts, we can assemble a team to diagnose the problem and recommend the most cost effective solution, and fast!

Construction Management
We manage the construction phase to ensure that our clients get maximum value and minimum disruption from a safe project. We co-ordinate health & safety aspects of the design work and make sure there is effective communication between the client, designer and contractors. We can also act as CDMC where appropriate.

David Barlow has over 26 years' experience in the Operational, Capital investment and Engineering fields of Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Manufacturing Facilities both in the UK and abroad. David, a keen Sailor in his spare time and Project Director for Coriolis, takes a holistic approach to project delivery to ensure that his projects are not only completed on time and to budget, but also that the business benefits are realised.

Martin Smith is one of our Capital Project Directors and an expert on manufacturing relocation and international projects. A chartered engineer, ex-pilot and frustrated surfer with a proven track record of developing & delivering complex, high value assignments on time and budget. Extensive experience of supply chain reconfiguration programmes, including 10 factory relocation projects. One day he hopes to stand up on his surf board.
